2 /5 Angelina Waldron: I previously left a excellent review for them I sadly have to retract that my bf ,daughter and I all have individual policies with them, mine has been flaw less .... with that being said my bf has nothing but issues every time he changes a vehicle or renews they put the wrong vehicle even after he and the rep review he will ask 3x or more for verification and then when he gets the cards its a old vehicle that we dont own and was removed this time they did it and reviewed the correct vehicle quoted price and paid policy, then when he called to correct it the policy went up 150/160. When he advised that shouldnt be if the person was using correct vehicle that they confirmed. Then I set up with my daughter her first independent policy that is in her name but I pay it. The billing was set upu(that I pay) her first name with a random last name that isnt even in either account. I will add this has happened to my bf every vehicle change or renewal. My policy has been fine so maybe they need to consider which of there office staff is making these errors and give them a different job in house.
