Ajit Patel Sterling Bank was a pleasure to work with for my commercial lending needs. They provided me the best and fastest service. Their fees were very competitive. I worked with Michael Smith and he showed nothing but expertise and professionalism. Many lenders drag their feet, but Michael was very fast and we drove our deal to a fast close. I would easily do business with Sterling Federal Bank again.

Brandon Do not use citizens bank they are awful! I had to have shoulder surgery and why I was off. My daughter was also diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in this time period. We applied for the hardship assistance and filled out what was asked. Then they waited a week to mail us a letter saying they needed more and asked for things we already sent. So we called verified what they needed and sent it. Then they waited a week and sent another letter saying it took too long and they dropped our hardship case. They will play with you in a time of need instead of helping you out like they say they will.
