Also, printed instructions were handed to me before I left and my next appointment was scheduled as well. All that with great personal care from Dr. Forbes and staff. Brandon Do not use citizens bank they are awful! I had to have shoulder surgery and why I was off. My daughter was also diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in this time period. We applied for the hardship assistance and filled out what was asked. Then they waited a week to mail us a letter saying they needed more and asked for things we already sent. So we called verified what they needed and sent it. Then they waited a week and sent another letter saying it took too long and they dropped our hardship case. They will play with you in a time of need instead of helping you out like they say they will.
