Josh and Ron were fantastic getting everything transferred, JoAnn was wonderful in refinancing my home, and the weekly calls to confirm business debits are a touch you just dont get anywhere else. Last, but certainly not least, the Bank of Belleville team was instrumental in helping us apply and receive of PPP loan in such an uncertain time. Carmen Bollman Patrick and his staff are professional and knowledgeable but the best part is that they are personable. We had some complicated insurance needs that he walked us through every step of the way. Jeff Bridges Dove domestic violence center in Decatur should be ashamed of themselves!!talk about counter productive..they kick people out for literally no reason.somebody should step in and see that there are checks and balances.ive never seen anything like it.they consistently have the same people back which hinders anyone trying to get help.staff let clients that have been there numerous times run the show.these are people with backgrounds in child neglect and abuse.i have never seen anything like it in my life.i was treated like a criminal from the minute I walked in.they definitely have their favorites and again someone needs to step in and make the place productive not counter productive like they currently are.

Joshua Greenwood If you need to cash checks that are funded through Chase Bank dont go to the one in Morris because this is not once but twice they put an endorsement canceled stamp on a check without a valid reason I showed 2 forms of ID and the asshole would say something that the check cant be verified so take my advice and avoid this Chank Bank location Id give this place negative 5 stars if it were possible.
