1 /5 Nicholas Castagna: This bank has the longest holds, highest fees and the most rude customer service. This is a bank that would rather invest in marble countertops than a decent digital app or modern fee schedules.

1 /5 Alex Szymanska: Constant issues with the card getting suspended for no reason. Every deposit or transaction either takes forever or there’s a problem. Talked to staff and card still gets suspended any time I try to make a purchase.
