We forgot to call him and have him put insurance back on our car that we store for the winter. We emailed him last night after hours and asked him to reinstate our policy so we could use it this weekend and he emailed us and said it’s done! We have referred many people to him and they are impressed. We’ve had two claims this last year one was our roof and one was our truck. Both times he responded right away and within a couple weeks we had a new roof and a check to pay for it and our truck was even quicker. It even needed more to repair than originally quoted because of hidden problems and when we were in our way to pick it up they emailed and said they sent a check already and all we needed to pay was our deductible. It can’t get easier than that. Brett had always EXCEEDED our expectations! Thanks again for everything you do Brett!!
