1 /5 Ruben Ramirez: Got full coverage premium with them trough Stonegate, had an accident and cant get a response from adjuster , left a few voice mails and cant get them to answer back.its frustrating when you physically go to their office and just wont help you and say call over the phone. I highly suggest use different company

1 /5 Micaela Solomon: Gross incompetence from a business! They wrote our business policy incorrectly and then after a long email thread stating thatbit had been corrected, STILL managed to have it in the wrong name. I called 4 times to get it corrected and never received a response. When we decided to cancel our policy and go elsewhere, they said that we couldnt cancel over the phone or by email (although that is the way we set it up in the first place) and would have to go to their office in person to sign a document cancelling it. Avoid this "business" at all costs.
