2 /5 Ron Ladin: Well, I almost never post reviews like this but this one was so disappointing. I used to work with a great Goosehead agent who sold his agency. I found the new owner (listed here) and reached out to him about renewals. His initial couple of responses were good and timely. After that this agent went dark. I sent 5 emails, 3 text messages and 1 voice mail. ALL went unanswered. Even if an agent can’t find a policy that works, the common courtesy is respond. Any response would have sufficed. Even if you are swamped, a text or email response takes mere seconds. Anyway, I worked it out myself but this was a really bad experience. 2 stars for initial response. Zero for anything after.
