When my elderly father and I walked into the store, we were immediately greeted by Albert, who was the owner of Gold & Jewelry Direct. My father and I explained we were "possibly" interested in purchasing some gold and silver bullion and coins. Albert, took the time to sit us down, and show us several items we were asking about. Albert explained to us in great detail which items that would be a good investment for us and which items may not be, depending what we were looking for. Albert didnt pressure us on buying anything we didnt want to purchase. My father and I both bought a handful of items that we wanted to buy, and most importantly, we walked out of Alberts Jewelry store with way more knowledge then we walked in.
