I have a few special circumstances Im dealing with regarding getting coverage and a major issue Im dealing with, with a different company. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was so easy to sign up, create an account and get the policy started for when I needed it for. I have been with a direct competiter of Allstate for almost 20 years, so it will be interesting to compare how each company does business...I will say that thus far I am 100% satisfied and looking forward to working with Allstate!

Rebekah Benson Two years ago I had an accident. Within 24 hours an adjuster was at my home to view the vehicle. Within 36 hours they had the car in the shop. I was able to get a rental car immediately. They were quick to get this done and stayed on top of the situation until I signed off on my car.
