Rhonda Baker Let me heap some praise on this guy. I called him, furious and frustrated, because a policy that should have been cancelled back in October had not, in fact, been cancelled. It was a three-state mess, and long phone calls with the 1-800 people had been useless. Matt said, "come on down and well sort it out" and he DID. He had NOTHING to gain from helping me - it was a policy cancellation. He went beyond the extra mile, and saved my entire family so much time and stress. Quality Mom We added onto our home and had some other life changes - needed to make some updates to our coverage. Brett and his office worked quickly to take care of everything we needed. We sat and reviewed everything to catch up and had good personal conversation as well - he really seemed to want to know us. Then, I had an issue with the online account and online help said the office had to update something in our account. They got it done within minutes. Overall efficient yet thorough coverage.
