1 /5 REBECCA M.: my uncle went in the office a few days ago and a lady by the name nancy was very rude to him and just kept yelling at him . she has terrible customer service. he was going to get auto insurance but not after she did that to him. on the other hand thank you Steffany for your help over the phone much better experience!
1 /5 Randi Green: They are the worst. I have had nothing nut problems with them. They are rude and do not care about their customers. Two times last month I requested a call back from the manager with no avail, they said she was too busy to talk to me.
After another issue this past week, I asked that she call me again. Of course three days later no call.
Very poor customer service.
1 /5 Madi: I was insured with them for almost four years. Online payments werent an option so I would have to call the office and be on hold for a while just to make my monthly payment. Policy price kept going up. Ive never been in an accident. When I would receive my renewal email every 6 months I would follow-up on the email with simple question. Alejandra, Natalya, Alyssa, or Gena never bothered to respond to a simple question. So since I am not a valued customer I switched to progressive and Saved $150 on my premium.
3 /5 Jeffrey Amacher: Weve had them for over a decade until they have us a referral to Founders Insurance, our deductable went to $6000 and double the fees, we just Fired ANDERSON and FOUNDERS went to triple A, better coverage, $1000 deductable and complete car service including towing and starting
1 /5 Lizz: If I can give them 0 stars, I would! My partner has been waiting for a check they were sending that was supposed to be received more than 2 months ago! Now they are avoiding our phone calls and emails. Avoid this place!
Barbara Parr Julie was amazing! So professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She was so easy to talk to and patient. She should give classes in CUSTOMER SERVICE . I was able to lower my auto and home bundle., I am excited about this experience.
