Rhonda We recently moved all of our insurance coverages to Miller insurance. Paul worked with us diligently going through all of our farm policies, home policies, medical policies, liability policies, automobile policies and a specialty policy that he had to go through so much paperwork. He came to our house many times. He went to all of our properties. I know he had to have many hours in writing all the policies he covered. In the end he saved us money and gave us better and more precise coverage. I highly recommend Clarence Miller insurance and if you can get Paul Tomshack to help you out its a win win.

Charlie Nicholson TSA pre-check info - No fingerprinting at this location, the Belleville option has fingerprinting, make sure to use Apple Maps because google takes you to the wrong place. This location does do TSA pre-check services, just not fingerprinting. Gentlemen at the front was very helpful.

Monica Hampton The agent assigned to my claim was awful! (A woman hit my parked car... her insurance not mine). She would not respond to text, email or phone messages. I had to call the main line twice and request to speak to whoever would answer their phone. Fortunately, they were helpful but this had been drawn out for two extra weeks due to her incompetence. I hope I dont have to deal with this company again!

Barbara Medieros If I could give less than 1 star I would. My husband had insurance with this company for 20 years and paid faithfully without missing a payment. All of a sudden they started withdrawing $613.87 per month out of the account instead of $61.51 per month. When we realized it after several months we contacted Re-Assure America only to be told they insurance term had expired & that was our new premium. They never contacted us or informed us of any change in the premium or the expiration date of the policy. We never gave authorization for any amount other than the $61.51 to be deducted from our account. They are now refusing to refund the money taken out of our account illegally. I will be contacting the State Regulatory Board and an attorney for compensation.
