She spent about two hours with me and helped me understand the various coverages and options. She even reviewed my current insurance coverage and she pointed out my house was under-insured. Rhonda Baker Let me heap some praise on this guy. I called him, furious and frustrated, because a policy that should have been cancelled back in October had not, in fact, been cancelled. It was a three-state mess, and long phone calls with the 1-800 people had been useless. Matt said, "come on down and well sort it out" and he DID. He had NOTHING to gain from helping me - it was a policy cancellation. He went beyond the extra mile, and saved my entire family so much time and stress. Kyle Brewer Honestly a terrible experience. My agent, Devon, was great. He’s the only reason this is a 2 star instead of a 1. However, the nurse rescheduled my health insurance visit multiple times and when she did show up, she didn’t do everything she was supposed to, leading to more rescheduled appointments. Then, Shelter Insurance sent me a letter telling me my health insurance was being denied for not having all the components (that the nurse never did). When my agent left the company, there was no notification or reaching out telling me who to contact. The only thing Shelter Insurance has ever done is leave me with no desire to deal with them again.

He listens well and educates his clients about the programs available to them. He has always answered or found answers to my questions. Kris is also very kind and considerate of his clients.
