Alexandra Buisson I’ve been working with Christina for many years, and up until this year, she has been truly wonderful. When she expanded her business, I was thrilled to see her thriving and continued to trust her with our taxes. Unfortunately, something changed this year, and I’m really sad to be writing this. Our scheduled Zoom meeting in late March was canceled the day of due to major software issues on their end. While we completely understood and were flexible (we agreed to proceed with a pre-recorded option instead to give her more time) that ended up being the last time we heard from Christina or her team. From that point on, we received no responses to our emails, even when we kindly asked whether we should look elsewhere for help filing this year. Phone calls went straight to voicemail, and their client portal mentioned the messaging system was down. We gave it ample time, hoping for an update, but it never came. In the end, we had to file our taxes ourselves at the last minute, still with no word from Christina. After so many years of great service, we’re extremely disappointed in how things were handled this time. The complete lack of communication was unprofessional and left us in a really difficult position. Sadly, we’ll be looking for a new CPA moving forward.

We have worked with him on two deals and had no issues with either; we are looking to do a third one with the same broker in the following weeks.

Jessica Spour my husband and I wanted to turn our garage into a fourth bedroom and did not want to wait long. Brianne was delightful to work with. Shannon Lowry LP gas department is a joke. After being a loyal customer for 12 yrs we were kicked off budget billing because we didnt use enough. In Feb of this year i had an overpaid account at $1100+. I decided since this company doesnt repay the loyalty to good customers, I decided to switch LP providers. When I called to get my reimbursement, I told the individual we would no longer need their service. Conviently, the individual I spoke with neglected to note the fact that I chose not to be theyre customer. Fast forward to Aug 2024, they showed up and filled our tank because apparently they had installed a "keep full monitor" that I was unaware of. I called the office and the lady I spoke with told me there were no notes on my account stating I no longer wanted them to fill our tank, and now, even though Im on budget billing with another company, now they are saying I owe them almost $600. Ridiculous. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Even when you tell them you dont want to be their customer any longer, they still find a way to take your money.
