1 /5 Mitchell H: My debit card expired 6 days ago. Called to see why the new one hasnt arrived because they cant do anything about it when you walk in the branch apparently. The woman on the phone thought it was a rational idea to report both mine and my fiances debit card lost/stolen without my consent over a weekend. Im baffled by the complete incompetence this institution offers. Choose a different bank.

5 /5 CT Henderson: Arrived at the credit union with an issue with my account and Chloe took excellent care of me even though I was very frustrated. She did an excellent job explaining the issue and doing everything she could to help me. This is by far the best branch to visit.

3 /5 Marie VanBuskirk: Ive recently moved to the area. The customer service here needs improvement. You should work on your attitudes. I will drive to the other side of town to recieve the excellent customer that i am missing at this branch. 3 stars is for the name. DECU

1 /5 Dustin Clodfelder: I had a vehicle loan with DECU for 3 years, to say this was a horrible experience would be an understatement. From there employees not being familiar with basic banking and business practices to given wrong/false information from multiple employees, managers and the so called president. I strongly recommend to steer clear of this establishment if and when possible. I have filled a formal complaint with the division of bank and have yet to receive a response from anyone at DECU. I am not surprised that I haven’t, but goes to show the morals and quality of people within this company. 0 out of 5 stars.
