1 /5 breann fasking: They have started to refuse to give me any information on MY account when asking about an unknown withdrawal that I did NOT approve. Lied to me saying a debit card is not blocked when it in fact is and I have the email and the proof to show otherwise. They make you fight tooth and nail to get anything accomplished with them. Peru location specifically. Very rude and arrogant. This was my last straw with them. Happily going to close all four accounts with them. 10/10 would never recommend them to anyone ever again. So sad that they have gone this far downhill.

1 /5 Cody Hebel: Very snobby. My grandma and extended family has banked there for decades. They lied about it being illegal to notarize out of state, even tho I was told I could over the phone if I was with someone with an account and usps had no problem notarizing my paper to continue attending the University of Florida. The lady told me I had to fly to Florida and back to get a proper notarization which would have costed over a thousand dollars. Good thing I didn’t listen. They seem to think that just because they have a pretty building they can be classist towards small town/working class/rural America. Extremely bad impression.
