5 /5 Darth Rater: When moving to Mt. Vernon @ 13 years ago, one of the first things I needed to do was to find a local Bank. I asked around and discovered that the people who banked at PNB seemed to have almost zero complaints. The issues I did hear about were few, small, and had been easily resolved. Peoples provides the friendly and personal level of service you receive from a small local bank, while also offering the financial products, resources and solutions available from large banks. (Check out their CD rates!). The staff is intelligent, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Go in and speak with Nena Rightnowar or Monica Wielt about your options at PNB. I promise you will be impressed with both them, and with what PNB has to offer. Thirteen years with no real problems is an excellent example of the customer service they provide!

Im in a bit of a situation and expressed to Pharrah that we needed this process to be expedited as much as possible, and she was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and thorough. She went above and beyond to help me out. She gave me information on some things Ill need moving forward and was just in general, wonderful to deal with. Ive been through a few home loans, and this one was by far the best experience Ive ever had. Pharrah gave me such peace of mind. Shes so knowledgeable about what she does and really makes you feel comfortable with your choices. I cant recommend her and this Peoples National Bank branch enough! I have had various accounts with this bank over the last decade or so and I cant think of a negative experience I have had here. All the tellers and banking specialist greet you with a smile and professional assistance. When I went through the drive through today, not only were they super helpful, they also put a little doggie treat in the envelope for my little shotgun rider Rummy! And now the little Whisky! Whisky really loves the little doggie treats. She always gets so excited when we pull in. Thanks yall!
