I wanted something custom and Bob listened to everything I wanted and made it perfectly, for both my wedding band and engagement ring. The wedding band he special ordered came in the very next day, and he sized it and had it ready for me that day as well. The customer service cannot be matched, this was the absolute best experience. Also, with the quality of the jewelry, lower prices, and the customer service, plus it being a local jeweler... no one should be buying jewelry online. They are top notch. I cannot say enough good things.

Allison Roe I wish I could remember the name of the stylist who was helping me and my friend during a recent visit to the West Loop location. She was extremely patient and kind while helping me style an earring stack. She answered any and all questions and gave me honest feedback about how things looked (which I appreciate). James Peters Morrison Jewelry was an amazing find that would work with us to redesign a damaged wedding band. We came across them from a google review and decided to visit them. They patiently worked with us listening to our ideas and provided a perfect design. They took their time and did not rush us though we did not have an appointment. When we picked up the beautiful set they created, they treated us like family. Our grandchildren even got to meet their adorable puppy Happy. Kindness is a rare thing these days, but they show it greatly. Well be customers forever.

Alyssa One of the BEST jewelers around! John, the owner, is self employed and the one and only person I trust with my fine jewelry. He’s been in business for many many years and I will never take my jewelry or watches to anyone else. He is only there a few days a week, so sometimes it can take awhile to get things back because he is the only one working there. But I promise it is worth the wait. He does have some inventory in the store but not a whole lot, so don’t expect to be totally wowed by that when you walk in (he does mostly watch work and jewelry repairs). But some of the inventory he does have is very nice and reasonably priced! On top of that, he’s just an all around great guy! So give him a try and support a small business owner, you won’t regret it!
