Jerrie Jordan I purchased a bedroom set from Ashley furniture but financed it through Synchrony Bank. I have been paying on the bedroom set for 9 months, and my bill is still the same. Every time I call regarding this matter, I get the runaround. I have also contacted the BBB but have yet to have a resolution. Buyers be ware, this bank is a rip off. And, I dont want anyone else to experience what I am currently experiencing. I will never pay off this bedroom set because the bank refuses to deduct payments made to them, which is causing me much anxiety. For your own safety and protection, stay clear of this bank. I

Deborah Carman Low prices on some things, did have sale items, which is appreciated and more than Ive seen at other stores. However, this was my first time there and although I heard a voice on the loud speaker, I couldnt tell what was being said. Apparently, they closed at 8pm and I went to the register at 8:13pm. The door was standing wide open when we went in so if the hours were posted I couldnt have seen them most likely. They were nice about it and offered to hold my cart until the next morning; however, I dont live there, so that wasnt an option.

Marnie Stear I have been with Cooperative Choice/Members Choice since 2001. I don’t think I have ever had a bad experience. Julie, Joe, JJ, Wendell, and well there are more that have gone way above and beyond to help me throughout the years. They have done way more for me than any other place I have banked at. I just wish I could name everyone here. They know who they are. Some people tried to get me to switch to a bank or different credit union. I just could NEVER go anywhere else. Thank you for all you guys do!!

Bogdan Matczuk From all Chase branches I’ve experienced across the US this one is the lowest grade. Staff is dry and very unhappy if you ask more than 2 questions. The only unsatisfying answers are: this is our policy or I will be happy to close your account. When last year I requested foreign currency exchange they promised me 5 days processing. It happened in 14 days after my vacation in Iceland. I had to cancel the request and lost my money on this transaction. My relatives did the same transaction in Oswego branch and money were ready next day. My recent visit with simple deposit was also no fun. Surprise of new policy.
