The only unsatisfying answers are: this is our policy or I will be happy to close your account. When last year I requested foreign currency exchange they promised me 5 days processing. It happened in 14 days after my vacation in Iceland. I had to cancel the request and lost my money on this transaction. My relatives did the same transaction in Oswego branch and money were ready next day. My recent visit with simple deposit was also no fun. Surprise of new policy. Ninos Date This bank treats your money like its theirs. Sometimes my husband and I need to make larger purchases on our debit cards and weve been denied most every time. The bank says we have to sign a release in order for them to release our own funds even though my husband and I have signed countless releases to give us no spending limits on our cards. It appears that every time you want to make a larger purchase, you have to go to the bank, sign a form, and cross your fingers that they will release your own money. There are some nice people working there but...if you cant get your money when you want it you might as well keep it under your mattress.

K Ive been using Jimi as my agent for a little over a year and a half. I have multiple policies with country financial and am very pleased with the service Jimi and his company have provided.
