1 /5 Nicholas Swartz: Ive used this bank my entire life, largely or out of necessity but it felt helpful to have a small bank where I could get personalized help. But what Ive come to realize this institution is entirely incompetent. It is truly run as if children are in charge. There are some very sweet, kind staff across the branches, but also a number of incredibly rude, poorly trained staff. I guarantee, at some point they will cancel your debit card without warning. Ive been unlucky enough to experience this at least 4 times. Most recently, I was informed that they now cancel your card if you dont use it every 60 days (and was told this was always the policy, despite having had multiple accounts over the years that were very seldom used). Im now left stranded in an emergency, unable to use my emergency debit card. Most normal banks implement this after 6-12 months, for comparison. This bank has struggled for years to catch up with technology and modern banking services. And when they do roll them out, they are so poorly implemented that they will end up costing you time and money in the long run. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

2 /5 Ninos Date: This bank treats your money like its theirs. Sometimes my husband and I need to make larger purchases on our debit cards and weve been denied most every time. The bank says we have to sign a release in order for them to release our own funds even though my husband and I have signed countless releases to give us no spending limits on our cards. It appears that every time you want to make a larger purchase, you have to go to the bank, sign a form, and cross your fingers that they will release your own money. There are some nice people working there but...if you cant get your money when you want it you might as well keep it under your mattress.

1 /5 Lehman Christina (Christina L): The bank seems to know that it doesnt send out statements in a timely manner. The representative I spoke. With stated that. I received the last statement after the due date. I called requested the payoff amount and immediately sent it. The bank sent me another statement that said I was past due and had to pay more. I called to ask for ANOTHER PAYOFF amount. Even though they already had the first payoff amount, they charged me a late fee and interest. Not a bank I would recommend. They are aware of a issue and decide not to address it but still charge people based on their problem.

1 /5 Meredith Mazza: Absolutely the next to worst bank Ive ever had to deal with... Tried to pay off a mortgage and was basically told that I didnt know how to use bill pay. Turns out the bank "experts" trying to help me didnt even understand their own subcontractor requirements. Next, trying to settle an estate, had to produce documentation twice, even though they had a folder with copies of every document they were asking me to produce. Now, the day before a long scheduled data conversion, cant even pay a bill or access accounts...
