Jerrie Jordan I purchased a bedroom set from Ashley furniture but financed it through Synchrony Bank. I have been paying on the bedroom set for 9 months, and my bill is still the same. Every time I call regarding this matter, I get the runaround. I have also contacted the BBB but have yet to have a resolution. Buyers be ware, this bank is a rip off. And, I dont want anyone else to experience what I am currently experiencing. I will never pay off this bedroom set because the bank refuses to deduct payments made to them, which is causing me much anxiety. For your own safety and protection, stay clear of this bank. I

Lucy ONeill Ashley was great! My only issue is that my $ was deposited on 11/3, and I already had a payment post on 11/6. I thought that was odd. From my understanding it was supposed to be December 3.
