1 /5 Ashley Wood: The only thing good about this company is the fact they give money when you need it. I signed up for insurance with my loan was out of town needed to use it. Guess what she forgot to add it her response well we can add it now. No its a little late. Apply for my home loan through a real bank (which I got) they informed me with a credit score as high as I have I should not being paid one mains interest rate to call them back and refinance the loan. I call one main and there words were we do not care how good your credit is we dont lower interest. No of course not because your making massive money off people. Needless to say I paid the loan off today and will never use this company again. And there customer service is something to be desired the two ladys in the mt.vernon illinois office are any thing but customer service reps.
