1 /5 Joe Renteria: This branch is horrible with customer service. We had some issues with our info, they told us we only needed a form to correct it. We come back with the form and they say oh u need the form plus this other stuff. Like what, it was the manager who told us we just needed the form. The banker Denise Perez had no clue on how to help, she told us to call the number on the card and they can help, we did and the operator told us its the branch that has all the info and the ones who can update our profile. They refused to take my wifes drivers license as a form of ID because she has an itin number. Then asked her how she was able to even get a drivers license, in a belittling way, this is how you treat your customers? Never will I step foot in this branch, full of people who have no customer service experience nor the ability to help get your problems solved.
