Halen Wells I’ve been banking with Dieterich for coming up on two years soon and I haven’t had an issue with them once. I’ve always gotten the exact assistance in a timely manner anytime I’ve called or had to make a deposit. They even took time out of their day to help me set up the the banking app when I was having trouble. I find Dieterich bank to be a pretty decent bank to be set up with.

Dino Guy Ive spoken with Mark Ridley, he is very professional. If you have money to invest Id recommend talking to him. He hasnt steered me wrong. Im very satisfied with the service I get. The staff are great to work with.

Dana Sprague I have dealt with Gina Mills at Country Financial for several years. Initially along with my husband who understood investing and with her guidance when we retired we felt secure with our financial future. Then my husband passed away, I was lost, I didn’t pay much attention during these meetings because I knew he understood all of this! Losing half of my income and not knowing what to do next, I called Gina and she has very patiently helped me understand what we had and helped me to decide how to get the most good out of it. She always had time for me and all the questions I had. I couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable and kind person to work with.

JEFFERY STOKES I have had nothing but problems since I went to this bank and took out a personal loan. The person who assisted me name is Bayley. My understanding was I pay 6 months interest, then I pay the principal. First they tell me I will be notified when my due date is, and will be notified what my payments are. They wait 1 and half month and bill me a late fee. I was told after 6 months I will be notified what my payments are for the principal. 6 months later, I get a letter saying my interest was incorrect and going from 3.99 to 10 percent. And I dont pay the principal but the 10 percent interest. Dillion calls and say well its in your contract and Bailey is very good and thorough. They say sorry but you can refinance. I swear to God I wish I said no to these people
