1 /5 Melinda Green-Kirgan: Agents in the Salem Illinois office are less than friendly and dont stop talking long enough for you to tell them what you want when I would try to talk she would interrupt me and talk loader I finally go so agrivated I told her to shut up for a min so I could talk I ask to talk to her boss who was conveniently not there I ask her to have her call me though I have my doubts she will. I didnt get any warning my insurance was going up (which is the 3rd year in a row it has) until I got my escrow papers from the mortgage company not at all happy with this company.

5 /5 Angie Miller: Weve always had great customer service with allstate, and we have been with them since 2006! I hear horror stories about other insurance agencies, but weve never had anything but positive experiences!
