5 /5 Mensah Ibeachuchi: Excellent customer service and wonderful employees and managers who are very nice and helpful at this branch location. The wait in line was not bad at all in the lobby plus the drive through lines were moving fast.

1 /5 payton burmeister: Not enough staff manager knows about it and makes excuses instead of hiring more people.

1 /5 Vanessa Salgado: What ever you do don’t use the atms at this location.The atm machine just ate my husband’s checks and there are zero traces of them. And they said they can’t do anything about it and to call the service number to file a claim. That is ridiculous, these atms are eating people’s cards and losing checks with out a trace. Don’t go here!

1 /5 Ricardo Yepez: They would not give me a cashiers’ check for funds from a bonus check that were ALREADY cleared in my bank account. The manager and the teller’s point of argument was because the company had spelt their name wrong. The company DID NOT spell their name wrong. UPDATE: they closed all 3 of my accounts. This bank is a joke. Update #2: THEY HAVE MY MONEY ON HOLD BUT IF MY CHECK WAS FRAUDULENT HOW WOULD THEY HAVE THE MONEY. BOFA MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. IM TIRED OF GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH YOU ON THE PHONE. 10 CALLS AND EVERY RESPONSE IS ILL TRANSFER YOU. IM DONE. I’m taking this ridiculousness to court. All because of that midget manager you have that wouldn’t look at my pervious deposits.

1 /5 Skyler Marmolejo: Would give 0 stars. I cannot ge this branch to answer the phone for the life of me and they have a hold for a lot of money on a cashiers check that I need canceled! I live too far to make it there for the next month at least! Time to cancel my account
