He goes the extra mile to meet customer needs and is always pleasant and calm even when the surrounding environment is not. Kudos Jordan!

(05/19) Kim and the lady she was training for the Colchester Branch (I’m sorry, I forgot her name) were both very nice and had great customer service! Even though she was training, the process was not very long at all and they made conversation with me while doing the process and made me feel welcome as a new customer!
