5 /5 Joanna Stay: Our family has been with AmFam, specifically Matthew Glaser Agency, for many years now with NO plans of changing! Prior to two sons being on our policies we had our own accidents here and there and never had a problem with claims being processed as covered. Nowadays, multiple vehicles, multiple changes within a year, and this office nails their customer service need, after need, after need of ours. We are very thankful for their prompt and accurate attention to the many policies and coverages we carry with them. Special shout out to Jeffery too as he gets the initial contact from us be it via email or phone. We love knowing were in good hands with Glaser Agency!
