Carol Wright I had a problem using the ATM yesterday, not something I normally have trouble with. I went inside and was helped by two wonderful ladies Sydney and Jules. They were upbeat and helpful. Jules even went to the ATM with me and explained what I didnt understand. Come to find out Jules has only been employed there for 9 days! I couldnt believe she knew all she knew in that short a time. I have always referred friends to Consumers because of their outstanding service and these two ladies just reinforced that that is still true in a day when it is hard to fine good service anywhere. Thank you Sydney and Jules!

Mohd Adnan Sleep number credit card issued by Syncrony Bank: I was told that it is a 24 months promotional offer 0 %interest rate on 04/12/24(purchase date). They charged me 34.99% interest for the same period saying I had balance beyond 04/12/25. I paid for the product 100% but they are charging 34.99% interest on interest from the date of Purchase. Employee no longer works at Sleep Number. It was said that if used a credit card it will 24 months no interest.

Judy Beyers All the staff at the Greenville facility was super friendly and very helpful with a very difficult family situation. Kudos to Tami and her coworkers for all their continued help.

Elizabeth Collins Paula Kocher assisted me with completing my home loan. She was amazing the entire process and made it so easy and did all this while I lived out of state! She is kind and thoughtful and went above and beyond by collaborating with her peers to come up with a list of potential contractors to complete some work I need done. I am so grateful for her professionalism and generosity of spirit!
