You make it seamless! Your staff are kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I have never dealt with a better dealership! A big thank you to all of the staff, you guys rock! 1 /5 Cheryl Force: Dont go here if you are an older woman whose vehicle breaks down. I was over an hour from home when I broke down. I was able to get my GMC truck, which was in limp mode, to Landmark dealer in Taylorville and they wouldnt even look at it, said they didnt have time till next week. I asked for a loaner so I could get home and they said since I didnt buy my truck from them and I didnt make an appointment they wouldnt give me a loaner. My truck is a 2022...not like it is old. I had to tow my truck to a dealer in a different town. Before I left I stopped in the service department at Landmark and told them they didnt have to fix my truck because I was having it towed to a dealer who will help me and the girl behind the service counter laughed. The dealer in a different town gave me a loaner and is taking care of me, and I did not buy my truck from them either!! Truly the most horrible experience of customer service I have encountered.

1 /5 C D: Whatever landmark rep was driving this house payment on wheels and decided my truck was parked a little to close to the line in Chatham and wants to get out and slap my truck because you don’t know how to park a bigger vehicle and blame me for it…. Just learn how to park better dude. PS stop driving company vehicles when you can’t walk in a straight line

1 /5 Stuart Batty: Took my truck in for service and while there, the dealership performed an airbag recall. Great, needed to get that done. Problem is that when I got in the truck to leave, I discovered that the DIC buttons on the dash no longer worked properly. When I pushed the top button to clear the "park assist blocked" warning (I had a hitch in the receiver which renders the park assist inoperable) it stuck in the depressed position. I checked the other three buttons in that panel, and they all stuck as well. I went back in to get it sorted and the oil change tech came out and popped the button back out. It stuck in again immediately. I went back in again and the service writer came out and looked at it and partially removed some dash trim before deciding that it was best to have the mechanic that did the airbag fix it. Problem is that gut has left the dealership but would be right back. Actually, took about 40 minutes. At this point, I noticed that the dash was broken at the corner of the airbag cover and also on the other side above the gauge cluster. The mechanic stated that the dash was cracked before he did the airbag but must have broken completely when he took out the airbag. Now the dash sticks up at the crack and is very noticeable. It certainly wasnt like that before the service. The mechanic said it was already like that and there was nothing to be done about it. Oil change resulted in a broken dash and took about 2 hours. Im not satisfied with that.
