1 /5 Aaron Hrobowski Sr: This company horrible and I feel sorry for anyone that actually have. I don’t have thief insurance but I was hit by someone that had their insurance. I was hit on 04/08/2022 and was injured. They didn’t pay my medical bills and since haven’t received my suffering and pain settlement. They supposedly submit to the manager 01/04/2023 and has not even reviewed it. They lie so much it’s not funny. Keith wicklund continues to lie saying that Cindy Whaley is behind on everything and that he will call me back but has yet to call me. This place is a joke

1 /5 Chi cago: Crooks! Stay away from these scammers! They will cheat you out of coverage. They’re good at stealing your money and not providing any service. Place should be called 1st American Crooks!

1 /5 javier cerda: Cannot get the claims to go through. They do not call you back. It does not matter if you leave them voicemails or emails. I will not waste my money any longer and I plan to do something about this. Good luck to everyone do not waste your time.

5 /5 Virginia Almansa: I needed to get insurance for my new 2016 Nissan Sentra. I called and spoke to Nancy. She was great! She got me the low rate I was looking for as well as helped me out with understanding the coverage I was getting. I highly recommend this insurance agency! They are great!
