Kyle Wiedau Initially very pleased when switching over my home-owners insurance. Fast forward 10 months into the policy and they are now stating they made a clerical mistake on their part initially and I owe $265 or they are cancelling my policy. I have 11 days to find new home owners insurance. The broker I deal with is Midwest Preferred Insurance Services. I initially asked to speak to a rep who made this decision and am now being ignored. Pretty disgusting way to treat a client.

We have been able to talk in between appointments and any time I have questions she is always available. Georgia is very personable, friendly and fun . Beside a special business woman.
