I had to have a windshield replaced recently, had to have vehicle towed to dealership for mechanical problems and also hit a deer with extensive vehicle damage 17 months ago. No matter why I reach out to Stacy and Lisa, they are on top of it immediately and I know my issues are resolved before I even finish the phone conversation. Kim Hoffman Angela is by far the best agent I have talked to or had insurance with. I received the best quote from Angela and Shelter than anywhere else. It goes beyond the quote. Angela never tried to throw extras in at me she listened to exactly what I needed for insurance and what I wanted and thats how the policy was written. A lot of the insurance agencies you inquired they just bug you and dont leave you alone thats not true here if texting is easier shell let you text, if messaging through email is easier she goes that route. When I first started quotes for home insurance I was taken back at how much it was until I received my quote from Angela and Shelter insurance. She made this process so very easy for me it was a welcoming process. I felt no pressure and she stayed on top of things throughout the process. I couldn’t have asked for anything other than what she provided for me and this process. If anything like this should happen again (Lord forbid) I would definitely love for her to handle it.
