Most of the big companies and online agencies simply refused to insure the property, including one that has insured us for about 30 years. we have a claims free history as homeowners. worked with the insurance company to allow time for roof replacement and with me to set desirable level of deductible.

AG Office I’ve been a client, and sent friends and family to Kendra Stiel for insurance for many years. Kendra will make the process of shopping and securing any kind of coverage easy, and painless. She’s professional, kind, trustworthy, and an all-around wonderful person. Every time I have needed a document, or had a question, she’s always available and always happy to help. I cannot recommend her highly enough. The Hartauer agency has a lot of great people- including Bart- but Kendra Stiel is hands down the best insurance agent I’ve ever encountered.

Dan Zolman Amica was a good insurance company when I first joined in 2008. Trying to communicate with this company now is impossible. The rates keep going up but the service keeps going down. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Amica says that they send notices for discounts, but I cant remember getting any. But they have no problem raising your rate. Dont get into an accident, because they will not communicate at all! I have so much more to say but Im too angry. Go somewhere else!
