Monica Marin I would not recommend this place to anyone. People please do your research before coming here. They are so polite and professional in the beginning because they want your money but later on they will not act in a professional manner at all. You call the office and they tell you to call back later and when you do they will not answer. Of course manager doesn’t care because it’s all her people. Go else where with your business.

Abbie Carnes The bank teller was helpful and friendly. It was difficult to locate because there isn’t a large sign at the road. Only a sign for united community bank which is located next to Truist.

Jennifer Syed I was impressed by Ms. Kathys professionalism and kindness. There was a couple that came in after me who didnt speak any english at all, not a single word. I watched Ms. Kathy treat them with so much kindness and respect as they attempted to navigate Google translate. She never got frustrated and she never treated them with anything but the utmost respect. We all laughed together (me, Ms. Kathy, and the couple) as they tried to understand each other. I know for certain that even if they didnt understand what she was saying, they understood that they were welcomed there and that they were in good hands. She is definitely a bright light and an amazing representation of your company. It was so refreshing to have real customer service experience.

Jessica McGlamry From the moment you walk in the door til you leave. This company treats you like family. I have never been treated like this with any other company I used before. They are reliable, honest and operate with Integrity with the upmost professional way. Veronica always takes time to explain in detail with every option on the table and has no problem answering any questions. She wants you to feel comfortable when you walk out the door. I am very pleased and grateful she was there to help me with my personal issues. She’s an excellent employee! I highly recommend this company for all your money needs.

Patrick Hamil Kery is awesome! I was able to get approved for a second car loan through them. They were able to drop a lot of the "Inflated" costs that the dealership tried to add with warranties, etc. I was able to get an immediate reduction in payment and a better interest rate. All in all, the terms of my loan are decent for my credit at the time, and Kery is great. Only con so far: I did have an incident that I am trying to work with them on, an ex-employee of theirs told me that she could defer my payment as I had a major purchase coming up, and I went with that option. I later found out that she didnt have the authority to do that, and it reported to my credit as a late payment. Its my only late payment for over 2 years, so thats really frustrating. Outside of that, theyve been a pleasure to work with. If you have poor - bad credit, I strongly suggest you give them a try.
