5 /5 Samantha Henslee: Tipp, Janet and the other ladies always go above and beyond to make you feel like you are their only customer. You couldnt deal with a better company. I highly recommend them. Have been a customer multiple times and its such an easy process. You are not just a number to them you. Only company to deal with if you are looking for a loan.

5 /5 Christain: We had our taxes done here for 2023. Tipp was absolutely amazing! We have tried several places and no one has even been close to how amazing she was. Tipp took her time with us and made sure to save us the most money vs last year when we went to another place they just keyed in everything, asked for their money and said good day. Would 1000% recommend and she will have our business and families business for now on.

1 /5 Ashley Corbitt: I called here at 2:50 pm did my application , waited till 5pm to here if i was approved or not . The manager is very rude . She said well ive other customers before u . When i was told it would only be 20 mins . Very frustrating and waste of time.. thanks liz

1 /5 simplicityy: You’d be better off going to security finance They will actually work with you, needed a loan but they couldn’t do anything because one pay stub was low but the rest of my pay stubs were high, was in the hospital for one week an that’s because they only look at your last paystub don’t go here

Very professional but also maintain a level of compassion for their customers. The understand situations come up and try to do everything they can to help when u need it. I love them and will never refer any one to any other loan company except Gainesville Finance.
