5 /5 Todd Stephens: Ive been banking with this company since 2008. Their hospitality is unmatched and even though I have ran into some bumps along the way with their business practices, they are always willing to work with me. I would recommend this bank to my friends and family.

5 /5 Amanda Sharp: Ive been in this bank for over 10 years and Im always more impressed with the customer service. Todays they called me to see if they could help me avoid overdraft by moving funds for my business to my personal account. Any other bank would have just charged me multiple overdrafts and made a bunch of money but not that. Im so thankful for this Bank.

5 /5 Stephen: Due to poor scheduling on my part, I showed up ten minutes before closing hoping to open an account. Shannon Bunch was incredibly helpful, and stayed with until almost an hour after closing to get everything sorted out. As far as the bank goes in general, everyone was very nice and helpful.

1 /5 amy carter: Went in with my daughter to open an account at 4:30 the lady at the front seemed like it was a problem we came in at 4:30 cause they close at 5:00. My daughter had to work an didnt get off work until 4:00. We were sat to wait for about 10 minutes then was sent in to see Shannon she seemed rude soon as we walked in. She needed another form of ID from my daughter but wouldnt accept anything my daughter had because it wasnt paper form. My daughter does her bills online so they are all paperless so Im not sure what she expected. Shannon was just rude an seemed like we were troubling her cause it was close to 5:00. We were told the time by the front lady, then Shannon kept looking at the time saying well since its late Im going to have to get a teller to stay. We werw aware of what time it was when we walked in. Needless to say my daughter didnt open an account we left. I will probably go back an draw my money out an use a different bank as well.
