Rates are a bit high but Its really good and mostly helpful for people needing some quick cash, paying down som credit cards, or Just needing a loan for a boast on your credit score.

Gary Steed A family member sent me a paper check. When I went to deposit it this bank called my family member to verify the check wasnt stolen. One could take this as intrusive but they cared enough for my aunt to protect her and for that both of us are very grateful. The security of money transactions are very secure and I feel my money is safe with this bank. My aunt was very appreciative of this security measure,and we both thank you.

N J Howell Staff are always courteous, efficient and very professional with me. I have no complaints. They always get my mail out same day. However, it often gets held up for days in Chattanooga. Not sure why but I think Trenton has great post office service.
