3 /5 Habs Tinker: “Your carrier said they delivered it there, maybe it’s under something,” thanks Amy. My glasses still aren’t in the mailbox the carrier said they delivered it to. If it was delivered to the wrong mailbox that’s all I need to know to track it down and all I was given was”they said it’s there so obviously you’re wrong.” I have never had an issue before but am very disappointed with the customer service.

5 /5 N J Howell: Staff are always courteous, efficient and very professional with me. I have no complaints. They always get my mail out same day. However, it often gets held up for days in Chattanooga. Not sure why but I think Trenton has great post office service.

1 /5 Ricky Mundy: Within the last week we have gotten three different neighbors mail. Today we get mail from three different neighbors. I tried calling Trenton post office and no one answered the phone. Makes me wonder if someone else is getting our mail. Not too long ago I use to get my important mail delivered to my post office box in Trenton. Went I there one day to get my mail and someone had pried the doors open on several of the boxes. No cameras in the post office. Years later no cameras and who knows where our mail is being delivered. This has been an on going issue over several years. It’s obviously a management issue. They should look at their reviews !!

1 /5 Elizabeth Asbury: You might as well deliver your own mail in town. You guys are a block from the DFCS office. I am six minutes from there, yet it took you guys FIFTEEN days to deliver my letter... I missed the deadline for something important because of you guys. I know you couldnt possibly care any less, but all of you should be embarrassed to work here. I have nothing but complaints.

1 /5 Tyler Overby: Ive had to file multiple complaints. I work from before they open till after the close. So when they refuse to deliver packages even ones that will fit in the mailbox. Im unable to get my packages and have to depend on someone to go get them for me. My latest excuse is in the picture. The one before that was I dont have a way to turn around but I do this daily and UPS/FedEx have no issues. Ive also had it say that I requested my mail to not be delivered. (Also I dont have a gate or anything needing a code.)
