5 /5 Gary Steed: A family member sent me a paper check. When I went to deposit it this bank called my family member to verify the check wasnt stolen. One could take this as intrusive but they cared enough for my aunt to protect her and for that both of us are very grateful. The security of money transactions are very secure and I feel my money is safe with this bank. My aunt was very appreciative of this security measure,and we both thank you.

After I started at Charter on Church St., I became quite happy with the "New Banking Experience." Whenever I refer friends and they begin banking at my bank, they thank me repeatedly over the years. Charters the best in my 57 years of banking interaction.

1 /5 Gail Booker: Dont like that I have to wait til late afternoon Monday or Tuesday for my money to hit my account when I make that deposit at 230 Friday afternoon Charter was just so much better. And even when I use my card as a debit the money is always pending 2 or 3 days later. It just doesnt make any sense

1 /5 Todd Reaves: The worst bank ever! We were with Charter since 2012 and they were by far the best bank ever! Center State has been the worst nightmare. Cards work half the time, they messed up deposits, take days to do a cash deposit just to name a few. Love the people there at the bank, but Center State is AWFUL!!!!! Never thought the buy out could take the best bank I have ever dealt with and turn it in to my worst nightmare overnight. Warning - go to another bank.

5 /5 Brenda Poole: I have been a customer with Charter Bank, now, serving the community as CenterState Bank since the 90s. The customers service are there very courteous and helpful. I have experience the utmost professional level of service whenever I make any transaction at the church street location. Also, Talethia Thomas and Tammy Lancaster are a great asset to CenterState Bank.
