1 /5 Yudelsy Delgado: I had an extremely negative experience with Community Auto Finance which is partner with Texano Auto Sales dealership The staff were incredibly rude and abusive throughout the process. Despite having automatic payments set up, I was repeatedly threatened by a representative(Naca, ill manered), who said they would call a tow truck to repossess my car. This was done despite all payments being up to date and automated.
Their communication style was also highly unprofessional. I received messages in all capital letters, which felt like shouting and mockery. Don’t even try to speak with the owner or managers – they are even worse. This dealership’s behavior is completely unacceptable and disrespectful.
I strongly advise anyone looking to buy a car to avoid this place. There are many other dealers who treat their customers with respect and professionalism. Save yourself the stress and hassle and go elsewhere.
Additionally, I encourage anyone who has had a similar experience to report this business to consumer protection agencies like the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and your local consumer affairs office. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated, and reporting them can help hold them accountable.
