1 /5 anthony sears: For a whole week Ive been trying to get this Bank on the phone I have a CD they renewed at 0.02% and my grace period runs out on a Sunday.
No return phone calls whatsoever.
The 1-800 number they cant roll my CD over into my savings for me doesnt make no sense at all.
5 /5 Abbie Carnes: The bank teller was helpful and friendly. It was difficult to locate because there isn’t a large sign at the road. Only a sign for united community bank which is located next to Truist.
1 /5 w stewart: Ive been with BBT for 10 plus yrs.. since they switched over to Truist its been nothing but problems after problem.. if you enjoy sitting on hold and constantly having to contact people to fix errors then this is the bank for you.. Im definitely not happy with how everything has went since the change. I went in to get a new card and was given a temporary card while I waited for my card.. they didnt even order my card so over the labor day holiday weekend I was stuck without access to my money for almost a full week.. when I spoke with customer service they told me they were expediting the delivery of my card.. so when I received the card..I activated it and wouldnt you know they charged me $30 dollars to expedite the card.. so I had to contact customer service again.. so I could get all that taken care of.. which they did take care of it but again.. here I am stuck on hold and having to deal with yet another problem.. like I said if you enjoy constantly having to call and have things fixed because the bank is constantly making careless mistakes.. then TRUIST is the bank for you..
2 /5 Monica: Pull up drive thru ATM is 97% always down. When you pull up and see the green lights that means it should work however, when you get to the actual machine.... currently out of order.
1 /5 Angel Turner: I’ve been with bbt for almost 3 years. Ever since they switched to Truist I’ve had nothing but problems. I woke up this morning to no one but TWO over draft fees when I never agreed to overdraft on my account. They won’t even give me one of the overdraft fees back. They stole $72 from me! I will be leaving this bank and going else where next week when I get my check! Run from this place!
UPDATE:
Still no refund and I went to my transactions realizing I was short on money and they actually took out 4 overdraft fees in the same day!! They stole over $140 from me!!! I’m livid!

adam canada this program has been very beneficial to me because i came back to society with nothing. It gave me a support system and people who really want to help me. coming out of prison with nothing will make you resort to doing what you know to survive which for me was committing crimes. this program definitely helps combat recidivism. and the girls that work here are really helpful.
