1 /5 Ash D.: I have been with this bank since 2002. Was a great bank until now. This will make my second time calling tomorrow to request money to be put back into my account because the teller didnt verify the customer (Taylor St location). If you have multiple customers with the same first and last name the teller need to verify another way. But today I realized the other customer has 2 last names instead of 1 so I know they are not verifying correctly. When I call the customer service she going to make it seem like I was lying about $200. I had to tell her to verify the address and signature. What yall suppose to do anyway. I ask her to put a system in place to avoid this in the future. She had the nerve to tell me thats Ill need to watch my account closer...B***** what? Then to sign in again to see yall put my account number on someone else slip for them to sign and didnt pay attention to her name to see that it didnt match. Ill be doing a withdraw of all funds tomorrow.
1 /5 Tash: I’ve been with this bank about 8+ years, I’ve keep a good sum of my money with them, just for them to show me that I’m just a money sign to them. I am disgusted, disappointed, and hurt. How could they have an employee be so empathetic, Brittnay I. Be a better person. You’re working in customer service. I brag about United bank all the time, just to be left looking dumb! How embarrassing!

Critical Reviewer The atmosphere is wonderful. Greeted by multiple employees. I feel relaxed with the interactions. Nothing shoved in my face to get. They were good indeed and helped me maximize my loan to be within my budget as well as doing there best to see if my payments are on the dates I get paid. The experience I feel coming here makes them feel like we are family. Even though its a business I feel like I just borrowed money from a family member and paying them back. It gives you that home feeling. I waited to write my review, but I wish Id have done it sooner. They all were the same every time. Good people are hard to find. Every time you come in there are decorations all over for each Holiday.
Casey White Mrs Jodi helped us out so much... She treated me and my son with a lot of respect and was so polite. I would recommend title max in Hazlehurst to anyone.
