1 /5 Mary Jackson: This bank cant seem to treat people with respect much less know how to withdraw money from your account then wait two weeks to tell you that you owe them 3,000 dollars because of their system mess up Unfair to have to pay back what they messed up

1 /5 Don Wannago: They will let scammers rob you blind. They get out the door on the promise that after it is pending a full scale investigation with be done and everything will be corrected, but needless to say you are just out of your money. Money you entrusted truist with.. sorry excuse for a bank!! Bank anywhere else but truist.

2 /5 Susan Whalen: All the representatives are always busy with other calls. I called on 2/28; on wait for well over an hour. Never in all the years I banked with BB&T did I ever have to wait an hour or more to speak with someone at my branch office on not pleased at the service once I someone came on line.

5 /5 Richard Groves: The Ladies here are so kind hearted and professional they truly embody the value of Truist and what it stands for I am truly grateful for Andrea and Sloan and the new branch manager that arrived there Andrea and Sloan make me feel so welcomed and important and like we are family you guys are truly amazing

1 /5 Erika lynn: The bank itself is okay. It just sucks that it lets employees Like Angela Alcantar who doesnt know how to properly handle the mortage department, work for them. Ask for anyone but her!!!! She did my closing and didnt collect enough for property taxes now Im getting letters in the mail because she didnt know how to do her job. Thanks!
