1 /5 Kjensmo Walker: The process of opening and setting up accounts here is terrible and the lack of information the staff has is incredible! The person to help open accounts didn’t have the most basic information about their investment services. I had to call and return a different time just to get a simple “yes we provide that service to our members.” After try to transfer money into the accounts, after being verified, they closed my accounts without telling me and without any explanation or notification. Getting any information about what is actually going on, after they told me they would call me back, has required multiple trips to the branch simply to be told they cannot help me.

I haven’t been with this bank long & never did this process before & from start to finish they made it smooth & successful. Patrick assisted me with the transaction & I’m so thankful. He was fast & very helpful & kind.

Having only been at Delta Community for a year, she was very knowledgeable in answering questions regarding retirement accounts and if there was additional information I needed to answer any other questions on retirement accounts, she made sure I received those answers before leaving the branch. She was very patient with me and I appreciated that.

5 /5 B. Saunders: While I typically conduct my Delta Community Credit Union transactions online, yesterday I visited the Decatur branch and my experience, from start to finish, was very pleasant. The representative who assisted me, Asia Goodwin, was welcoming and thoughtful and handled my request efficiently. Other staff members whom I encountered also were very courteous. This branch office is spacious, airy and comfortable. There is free parking for DCCU customers in the deck adjacent to the building. I’ve enjoyed my banking relationship with DCCU for several years and this visit reconfirmed that my choice was a good one.

1 /5 Gianni Milan: Absolutely hate DCCU. Takes forever to receive deposits, you can’t deposit mobile checks even if the amount is small, the drive through atm never works. Looking for a new credit union ASAP
