1 /5 Kjensmo Walker: The process of opening and setting up accounts here is terrible and the lack of information the staff has is incredible! The person to help open accounts didn’t have the most basic information about their investment services. I had to call and return a different time just to get a simple “yes we provide that service to our members.” After try to transfer money into the accounts, after being verified, they closed my accounts without telling me and without any explanation or notification. Getting any information about what is actually going on, after they told me they would call me back, has required multiple trips to the branch simply to be told they cannot help me.
