Synovus Bank - LaFayette (GA)

1 /5 Kathy Eubanks: Been with them since the 80s. That is 40 years! Trying to close out a loan is a nightmare. I paid it off online the 15th with amount shown that was due. Then 22.32 pops up as interest. I get a statement in the mail saying 33.91. Called and lady says there is a 10.00 late fee! Doesnt show that on my new statement.There has to be better and will be looking to change.

1 /5 Darlicia Wheeler: I only give them 1 start because I couldn’t rate a 0. They are the worse bank in Lafayette, Ga. They’re very rude and hateful. They’re telling customers they can not get a debt card at all when it’s not even their money. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. They do not care about their customers and when there is an issue they do not try to help you fix it. I repeat they’re the WORSE. If you don’t want to worry about your money I advise you to take it to another bank.

5 /5 ray wallin: No problems so far. Needed a bank in area and the other bank is only open like 3 hours a day. Also the ATM withdrawal amount is actually reasonable. I think limit is 600 compared to like 200 at other bank.

1 /5 Michael Brooks: The fees at this bank are astronomical compared to other banks Ive banked with (Regions, PNC, US Bank, credit unions), and the level of customer service just wasnt what I was expecting. Friendly staff, but bank policies & fee schedules really put Synovus at a disadvantage.
