1 /5 Dr. Melissa Briscoe Lamarche: We used this company for years and they were good, but recently not so much. We had our renewal coming up and my husband reached out to them many time to discuss the rates and the policy for at least 2 months prior to our renewal. They told my husband that they were going to wait until the policy renewal got closer to give new quotes. Well, the policy renewal came and went with them never getting back to my husband, despite the fact that he tried to connect with them many times. Then after they charged our credit card over 7k for policies we no longer wanted, because they didnt listen or obviously care, my husband reached out again and they took their time getting back with him. So now we have charge on our card in excess of 7k that we werent expecting. Not a good position to be in, especially when we tried to change our policy before this happened. Seems that this agency wants our money so bad that they had to lie to us, give us the run around and go low contact. Still trying to resolve the charges, but the agency is not much help. Will definitely be finding another company with better service. All I can say is buyer beware. If you want a service based insurance company, you should probably look elsewhere. The service from this agency is subpar and very costly!
