Kelly I was shopping around trying to find more reasonable insurance. If anyone has done that you know once you input your information everyone and their brother reaches out to you to the point of being annoying. Caleb was not annoying or pushy at all. He reached out appropriately and gave me time to respond and didn’t push me to make a decision. He answered all my questions. Emailed me the information we discussed for me to review and walked me through the process. I highly recommend Caleb. JJIMMIE PRODUCTIONS We were very early for our appointment and had to wait; there wasnt anyone in the office, it was lunch time. There was a little confusion; another customer came in after us without an appointment, and he was assisted before us even though we were there for the same issue. No major problem, he was older so we didnt mind and the young lady was very nice. It is just a situation that someone else might have taken the wrong way.
